Residential Roofing

The roofing on your home is your first defense against the elements. Make sure it can withstand our year-round weather, and provide lasting protection. We are happy to provide free inspections and advice to ensure you get the most from your home’s roofing system. Roofing can come in a variety of types and textures. We can tear off and install new shingles in just one day on most roofs. We always use ice and water shield, even if not required by code, and we always use the best underlayment and flashings. We offer a 10-year warranty on all of our roofing installations provided by Weather-Tite, along with your roofing material manufacturer warranty. Looking for more information? Types of Residential Roofing

Asphalt Roofing

The 3 types of shingles you can purchase are 3 tab, dimensional, and luxury. Impact resistant shingles are designed with a thicker gauge base mat, and composed of more flexible materials than standard shingles. Their durability rating is established by administering the UL 2218 impact test. Shingles are granted a rating of Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 based on the degree of impact they can withstand without cracking.

Metal Roofing

When considering what roofing material to use for your home, there are so many factors to take into account, such as cost, maintenance, repair, and of course the aesthetic appeal. You need to be able to rely on your roof to protect you and your family from the elements for years to come, without spending a large amount of time or money on maintenance and repair. Metal roofing is one of the most durable and visually striking roofing materials on the market today, with a wide variety of options for color and material. Metal roofing options come in standing seam, ribbed or corrugated, or shingles.

Composite Shingles

Depending on your budget, climate, and how long you expect your roof to hold up there are a number of different options available to you. Before beginning any roof replacement it’s important to discuss with your contractor your specific needs so that you remain satisfied with both the look and the durability of the material for years to come. Synthetic composite roofing is one of the best options on the market today for value as well as its toughness. It can mimic traditional materials like slate or cedar, but with modern technology.
