Rapid City Community Projects
Local First, Always
Weather-Tite Exteriors is proud to be deeply rooted in the community we serve.
We don’t just work here — we live here, shop here, and raise our families here. Our team is made up of your neighbors, friends, and fellow community members. Being a locally owned and operated business means we understand the unique needs of our region and take pride in giving back to the place we call home.
From sourcing building materials from local suppliers to hiring local talent, we believe in supporting the Black Hills economy every step of the way. Our commitment to staying local isn’t just a business decision — it’s a core part of who we are.

How Weather-Tite Gives Back to Our Community
Supporting our community goes beyond business. We proudly donate time, resources, and funds to causes and nonprofits that make a real difference, such as:
- Historic Rapid City
- Black Hills Habitat for Humanity
- Love Inc. of The Black Hills
- Rushmore Optimists
- South Dakota Youth Hunting Adventures
- Canyon Lake Little League
- & Many More...
We are honored to be active members of organizations that support the growth, well-being, and heritage of our region, including:
These partnerships allow us to invest in the future of our region, one project, one cause, one connection at a time.
At Weather-Tite Exteriors, we believe in building more than just strong homes; we believe in building strong communities. That’s why we’re proud to introduce the Neighbor-Tite Program. The Neighbor-Tite Program is a local outreach initiative serving Rapid City and the Black Hills, SD, with essential exterior home repairs. Built on the belief that locals always come first, it supports not only neighbors and past customers but also community partners. By providing vital repairs and fostering strong connections, Neighbor-Tite gives back through hands-on service and community involvement, helping keep homes safe while strengthening the place we all call home.
