What is the Neighbor-Tite Program?
The Neighbor Tite Program is our way of giving back. It offers simple, no-cost repairs to help ensure that everyone in our community can live in a home that is safe, secure, and Weather-Tite. Whether it’s a leaking roof, damaged siding, gutter leaks, or window caulking, our team steps in to help those who may not be able to complete these repairs themselves.
We focus on minor exterior repairs, such as:
Small roof patching to prevent water leaks
Replacing or fixing broken sections of siding
Repairing gutter leaks to maintain proper drainage
Applying or renewing window caulking to improve insulation and seal air gaps
This isn’t a full renovation service—it’s about making sure essential repairs don’t go unattended.
