Blaine Linster

Project Manager

My name is Blaine Linster. I was born in Minot, ND but quickly moved to Rapid City at the age of two. I
went to school at Grandview, South Middle School, and Central High School. After High School I
attended South Dakota State University, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education.
After college I spent two years living in Colorado, and the past 12 years living in Arizona. While in
Arizona, I attained my Master’s degree in Educational Administration. In 2025, my family and I moved
back home to the Black Hills and have been loving being back around family, friends, and all that the
Hills have to offer!
I am passionate about my job because it is something that I grew up watching and doing. My father is an
exceptional craftsman, and I have been lucky enough to be able to work alongside him through
complete tear downs and remodels of homes throughout my adult life. Being able to watch those
projects start at literal ground zero, and turn into a beautiful home is exciting to me in so many ways. I
love getting the opportunity to help other homeowners and business owners get to enjoy that same
excitement throughout their projects!
Hobbies & Interests: Golf, family outings, lake time, baseball
My burning desire is to: Being known for doing the right thing and pass along traits to my children that
they would be proud of
Something no one knows about me: I pass out when I think about or see blood
My key to success is: Organizational skills and attention to detail
Best childhood memory: Playing in the 2005 Legion World Series played in Rapid City!

Spouse/significant other: Kyllie Linster

Children: Brooks (7) and Kamryn (5)

Pets: One dog, Indie, who is a Black Lab and German Shepherd mix

Simply WOW! Weather-Tite in Rapid City met and surpassed all of our expectations in helping us design a much need facelift for our home-- to protect our investment for years to come! I had several "ideas" and He was patient and friendly, helping us "see" what those ideas would look like and being upfront and honest about additional cost, and pros/cons of different cosmetic additions. We finalized ideas and had roof and siding completely redone, and we (and our neighbors) are simply blown-away by the quality and appearance of our "new" home! From pre-start to finish, and consistent friendly check-ins, Dain and his team have been professional and super easy to work with. They called and checked the roof after a huge hail storm this summer that mangled several other homes in the neighborhood-- our new Malarky roof and Hardie siding weren't even scratched! Thank you for proving that customer service still exists, and for providing such excellent follow-up.

Bailey with Weather-Tite was very communicative during the whole process of replacing my roof and interior damage. When any issues arose, he always made it right. My roof was replaced within 2 days and looks amazing. Thank you Weather-Tite!

I’m a retired roofing contractor so I was impressed watching their crew work together and complete the roof across the street from my house. I was going to shop our reroofing project but decided to go ahead and use that contractor for my home. I was surprised by the amount of damage to my home during the hail storm and was surprised that Dain, our project manager was able to get me all of the damages replaced as well as wrestled with my insurance company to assure me that we were taking care of! I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use this company for their home repairs
