Hailey Mohr

I’m originally from a small rural town called Thornville, Ohio. Growing up in a tight-knit community really
shaped who I am. I was raised to work hard, do things the right way, and take pride in what I put my
name on — and that mindset has stuck with me. I pride myself on being organized, proactive, and
someone my team and our homeowners can rely on.
I got into the construction industry right after graduating high school, and I honestly fell in love with it.
It’s way more than just a job to me. I love watching a project go from the planning stage all the way to
the final walkthrough. There’s truly nothing better than a big before-and-after transformation and seeing
the look on a homeowner’s face when they see the finished product.
As the Shingle and Gutter Superintendent at Weather-Tite, I oversee our shingle roofing and gutter
projects from start to finish. From scheduling and planning to making sure every detail is right at the end,
I’m involved every step of the way. I hold our projects to high standards because I know homeowners are
trusting us with one of their biggest investments. Cutting corners has never been my style. My goal is
simple: make sure the work not only looks great, but is built to last.

Hobbies & Interests: Fishing, Hiking, Camping, Traveling, Cooking/Baking
My burning desire is to: Continue growing into a strong leader and build a life I’m truly proud of.
Something no one knows about me: I graduated high school a year early – I’ve always been extremely
competitive.
My key to success is: Staying disciplined, even when I don’t feel motivated.
