Director of Production

With over six years at Weather-Tite, I have grown from a Commercial Project Manager to my current role as Director of Production. My journey in the construction industry began at 19, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in operations and construction management.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is overseeing projects from inception to completion—witnessing properties transform and ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout the process.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my son and exploring the outdoors through hiking, fishing, and mountain biking. I’m also passionate about giving back to the community as a middle school football coach and a strength and conditioning coach for youth athletes, helping to develop the next generation both on and off the field.

My burning desire: I aspire to be a role model for local youth athletes.

Something no one knows about me: I enjoy baking

Garrett did a great job explaining time, material, estimated cost and every aspect of project management when it came to a roof and siding job. Very knowledgeable and great vision with color schemes. Also, I hear he is an excellent climber.

I’m a retired roofing contractor so I was impressed watching their crew work together and complete the roof across the street from my house. I was going to shop our reroofing project but decided to go ahead and use that contractor for my home. I was surprised by the amount of damage to my home during the hail storm and was surprised that Dain, our project manager was able to get me all of the damages replaced as well as wrestled with my insurance company to assure me that we were taking care of! I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use this company for their home repairs
